BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in dining room:
Mon.: glazed doughnut; Tues.: chocolate chip breakfast bar, biscuit and gravy; Wed. sausage biscuit; Thurs.: mini French toast, French toast sticks with syrup; Fri.: orange muffin, scrambled eggs and toast.
Cereal, toast, Pop Tart, string cheese, assorted fruit and juice, and a choice of milk are offered daily.
LUNCH: Mon. toasted ham and cheese or honey barbecue pork rib on bun, coleslaw, pickles, onions, green beans; Tues.: Italian pasta bake and roll or chicken and gravy with roll, pinto beans, steamed broccoli; Wed.: corn dog or taco soup with Tostitos and sour cream, Mexican rice, chili roasted fries, corn salad; Thurs.: popcorn chicken or turkey and cheese panini, quick baked potato, lettuce, tomato, blueberry smoothie, cookie; Fri.: WOW and jelly sandwich or toasted cheese sandwich, vegetable soup and crackers, fresh veggies with ranch dip.
WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salad, tossed salads, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk are offered daily.
