Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Spangler, age 71 of Meadows of Dan, Virginia, passed away on December 15, 2025, at Lewis Gale Montgomery Medical Center. She was born on May 31, 1954, in Montour Falls, New York to the late Floyd and Violet Maggart.

She was a nurse extend at R. J. Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Stuart, where she met and married the love of her life, the late Larry Kent Spangler. Beth loved to travel, go on Saturday car rides, tending to her flowers, and her beloved Blue Ridge Mountains.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, David Maggart; and two sisters, Joan Hall and Elaine Greenfield.

Beth is survived by her son, Todd Eiklor of the home, her sweet pup, Cisco, also of the home; two nephews, Timothy Hall of Stuart and Michael Hall of Middlebury, Pennsylvania; one niece, Kelly Hall of Hilton Head, South Carolina; and various great-nieces and great-nephews.

All services for Beth Spangler will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Moody Funeral Home in Stuart has been entrusted with the arrangements and online condolences may be made by visiting www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
