Ryan Marion and Keldie Chewning, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Winfree W. Chewning Jr. and Susan Chewning of Richmond, Va. She is a graduate of Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Arts 2013, M.A.T. 2014; University of Virginia with a M.Ed. 2019; and is employed as a third grade teacher at Newport News Public Schools.
The prospective groom is the son of Scott and Pam Marion of Ararat, Va. and grandson of the late Donald and Ann Corn of Ararat, and the late Ed and Annabelle Marion of Mount Airy, N.C.
He is a graduate of Patrick County High School, The College of William and Mary with a BA, 2007; and The College of William and Mary School of Law, with a J.D. 2010.
He is currently employed as a deputy commonwealth’s attorney in Portsmouth, Va.
The wedding is set for spring 2020.
