Those attending the Farmer’s Market in downtown Stuart Friday morning were presented a special treat as members of the F.A.R.M. T.E.A.M. (Free Alliance of Recalcitrant Musicians Totally Eclectic About Music) played their blend of bluegrass and mountain music under the market shelter as local residents purchased home-grown vegetables, meats, baked items, coffee, eggs and crafts.
Members live in Patrick County and include Mary Jo and Charlie Leet and Gayle and Roy McTigue. Also sitting in for the event was Jim Shelor.
The event was part of the Crooked Road Homecoming Celebration taking place in June in the area.
