The second annual Festival of Lights is underway and runs through Sunday, Dec. 18, at DeHart Park in Stuart. The Patrick County Chamber of Commerce and the Stuart Parks and Recreation Association are cosponsoring the drive-thru holiday light show that is open from 6-8 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, and Friday and Saturday from 6-9 p.m. Admission is $10 per car.
