Dan River Basin Association’s first Saturday outing is slated for Saturday, Feb. 2 at 10 a.m. This is free and open to the public.
The outing is a guided one-mile hike and tour at Reynolds Homestead in Critz (GPS 36.6432, -80.1488).
Bring lunch, water, and hiking stick, and wear hiking boots or walking shoes. Dress in layers of synthetic fabric or wool; be prepared for wind or rain.
