Patrick County Football player Bryson Fulcher has been selected to the Blue-Grey All-American Super Combine to be held at the Washington Redskins Training Center in Richmond this weekend. The combine will be live streamed by the Impact Football Network (IFN).
“I’m excited to go and represent Patrick County,” Fulcher said. He will be competing against others on doing bench reps of 185 pounds, 40 yard dash, shuttle run, and other one on one drills. Fulcher said he has been conditioning, attending camps, and working at home to help improve his times.
Fulcher was selected after an outstanding sophmore campaign in 2017 where he recorded more than 100 tackles and 7 sacks for the Cougars defense on the season garnering him All-Region honors as a linebacker. In 2017, Fulcher played linebacker and tight end for the Cougars. He will be a junior this fall, and is the son of Eric and Candice Fulcher.
Head coach David Morrison said, “We couldn’t be more proud of Bryson’s selection to the Blue-Grey All American Super Combine. Blue-Grey has a history of turning out great college football players and that is Bryson’s dream. He is a great leader, player, and teammate for us here at PCHS and his selection is a testament to his work ethic and his family’s support of his dream. We are really looking forward to continuing to work with him over the next couple of years, he has a really bright future.”
