• I am from Eden, N.C., but am spending time in Meadows of Dan for the summer and would like to meet with descendants of Elijah Hardin Hall and William and Sarah or Sally Boyd.

• I am seeking pictures of Andrew Jackson Light, son of John G. Light and Lucinda Rickman, and his wife Iowa C. Vipperman and any other children. Pictures would be late 1800s or early 1900s.
A.J. Light and Iowa C. Light are buried in the Cruise Light Cemetery (#276, page 150, Tombstone Inscriptions of the Cemeteries of Patrick County, Virginia by O.E. Pilson), located on the west side of Route 58, about one half mile west of Howell’s Grocery and Restaurant at the junction of highways 8 and 58.
