The PCHS Golf Team travelled to Great Oaks Country Club in Floyd for a match on Sept. 19. George Wythe took the win with a score of 298. Radford came in second, shooting a 320, followed by Floyd with 338. Patrick County placed fourth with a score of 348.
Wesley Roberson and Jalen Hagwood led the Cougars with a score of 82 each. David Smith shot an 86, and Garrett Leftwich shot a 98. Coach Phillip Steagall said, “We are playing well at this point in the season, and I hope we can keep going as we start postseason play.”
