The Reynolds Homestead is presenting The Loose Strings Band in The 2017 American Music Series  on Sunday, March 12, at 2:30 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door for $8 for adults, ages 15 and younger free. To reserve tickets, call (276) 694-7181.

The Loose Strings Band is a group of five talented young women from Galax. They have been together for about eight years. Steeped in the traditions of Appalachian culture, they play rousing bluegrass, gospel, and country music and are known for their tight vocal harmonies. Although quite young, these ladies already have three CDs produced by the likes of Sammy Shelor, Johnny Williams and Jimmy Edmonds.

Refreshments will be served, and dancing is encouraged!
