Indictments returned by a Patrick County grand jury last week included charges of rape, sodomy, eluding police, malicious wounding, larceny, robbery, firearms violations, forgery, drug violations and other crimes.
Thirty-six individuals were indicted on March 7, the first day of the March term of Patrick County Circuit Court.
Those indicted included:
•Joseph Fitzgerald Turner, charged with rape and sodomy, on Oct. 19, 2015.
•Brian Keith Blankenship, charged with malicious wounding with Kenneth Blankenship listed as the victim, on June 8, 2015; charged with communicating a threat to Howard Cannaday to bomb, burn or destroy a place of assembly, building, other structure or means of transportation, on June 8, 2015.
•Richard William Blankenship, charged with unlawful wounding with Corrie Lee Myall listed as the victim, on Aug. 15, 2015.
•Hansel Eugene Turner, charged with malicious wounding with Roy Turner listed as the victim, on Aug. 15, 2015.
•Genaro Wayne Frias, charged with attempted robbery by force, threat, intimidation or presentation of a firearm to an employee of Roberts Market and Lighthouse Grill, on Oct. 19, 2015.
•Staci Shantel Marable, charged with robbery of property belonging to Amanda Anderson, on Sept. 2, 2015.
•Dustin Lee Belcher, charged with armed statutory burglary of property belonging to Stephen Belcher; charged with grand larceny of property belonging to Stephen Belcher, on Sept. 22, 2015.
•William Beverly Hodge, charged with driving after being declared a habitual offender, on Aug. 6, 2015; charged with uttering a forged check on the account of Mary Sue Terry, on Aug. 29, 2015; charged with forgery of a check on the account of Mary Sue Terry, on Aug. 29, 2015; charged with obtaining money by false pretense at M&M Store, on Aug. 29, 2015.
•Mark Anthony Beckner, charged with eluding police and endangering a law enforcement officer, on Sept. 20, 2015.
•Christopher Allen Reynolds, charged with eluding police and endangering a law enforcement officer, on Aug. 25, 2015.
•Casey Lynn Rogers, charged with eluding police and endangering a law enforcement officer, on Oct. 9, 2015.
•Joseph R. Boyd, charged with leaving the scene of a traffic accident involving personal injury or death, on Sept. 2, 2015.
•Alicia Marie Jarvis, charged with hit and run involving personal injury, on Sept. 2, 2015.
•Cesar Polanco Chavez aka Ceasr Chavez-Polanco, charged with two counts of grand larceny of property belonging to Scott Eutsler, on Sept. 6, 2015.
•Emory Fritz Beardon, charged with unlawfully throwing a missile at an occupied vehicle, endangering the occupants, on Sept. 11, 2015.
•Michael Timothy Puckett, charged with possession or use of a sawed-off shotgun or rifle; charged with removing serial numbers from a firearm; charged with constructing, placing or sending a hoax fire bomb or hoax explosive device; and six counts of manufacturing or possession of a fire bomb or explosive device, on Aug. 27, 2015.
•Felicia Williams Schandel, charged with nine counts of obtaining identifying information with intent to defraud, on Dec. 24, 2015.
•Candece Nachole Alverson aka Candece Nicole Alverson, charged with concealment of merchandise belonging to Walmart, third or subsequent offense, on Sept. 20, 2015.
•Earnest Marvin Casey aka Ernest Marvin Casey, charged with concealment of merchandise belonging to Walmart, on Oct. 20, 2015.
•Sammy Jo Handy, charged with petit larceny of property belonging to Walmart, third or subsequent offense, on Oct. 3, 2015.
•Anthony Joseph Mullins, charged with two counts of receipt of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon within a 10-year period, on Aug. 19, 2015.
•Kaitlyn Elizabeth Sink, charged with concealment of merchandise belonging to Walmart, on Oct. 15, 2015.
•Joseph Leander Spence, charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon within a 10-year period, on Nov. 13, 2015.
•Emma Louise Vance, charged with concealment of merchandise, third or subsequent offense, on Sept. 20, 2015.
•Kassandra Renee Calderone, charged with concealment of merchandise belonging to Walmart, on July 11, 2015.
•Chelsea Jordan Hutchens, charged with conspiracy to sell more than half an ounce and less than five pounds of marijuana, on May 1, 2015.
•Darrell Wayne Martin, charged with possession of a firearm by a violent felon, on Nov. 25, 2014.
•Mitchell Dale Whittington, charged with sale of more than half an ounce and less than five pounds of marijuana; charged with conspiracy to sell more than half an ounce and less than five pounds of marijuana, on May 1, 2015.
•Aubrey Adam Gibson, charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon within a 20-year period, on Aug. 18, 2015.
•Greta Annette McAdams aka Greta Annette Bowman, Susie Bowman and Susie McAdams, charged with concealment of merchandise belonging to Walmart on Nov. 30, 2015.
•Daniel Kurt Spencer, charged with grand larceny of property belonging to Cindy McPherson, on Aug. 28, 2015.
•Jason Scott Williams, charged with issuing a worthless check, on April 6, 2015.
•Geneva Dillon Doss, charged with obtaining money or property belonging to Thomas Jones by false pretense, on March 4, 2015.
