A Stuart woman on Wednesday was found not guilty of two counts of attempted murder.
Patrick County Circuit Court Judge Martin Clark made the ruling in the case.
Betsy Irvin, 30, of Stuart, was found not guilty of the charges in connection with Aug. 14, 2016 incidents, court records showed.
Additional charges on that day included two counts child abuse/neglect. Both those cases remain active, court records showed.
The next court hearing listed is June 26.
