Wayne M. Kirkpatrick, of Stuart, was reappointed to the Virginia Water Resources Research Center Statewide Advisory Board, according to a recent announcement by Gov. Ralph Northam.
Kirkpatrick is retired from K-P Hill Dairy, Inc., according to the release.
