Kitty Caroline Burtchett, 77, of Bardstown, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, at her home. She was the former Carol Orr, a native of Stuart, Virginia, and a homemaker.
She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Melvin Burtchett; two daughters, Ginger Lee Scearce and Jeannie Scearce Weaver; three sisters, Jewel Wilson, Shirley Keene, and Linda Connors; along with three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen. Memorial gifts in her memory are suggested to Hospice of Nelson County. McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home, Mt. Washington, was entrusted with the arrangements.
