The Lady Cougar volleyball team at Patrick County High School has made it four in a row after picking up two wins last week against Tunstall and Carroll County.
The Lady Cougars won both matches by a 3-1 score.
In Tuesday’s match at home against Tunstall, the scores were 25-18, 26-12, 17-25 and 25-20.
Abby Hutchens had 16 kills while Morgan Biggs had 10 kills. Hanna Hylton had five kills and three blocks. Sydney Kirk had 15 assists and Melanie Roberson had 16 assists.
In Wednesday’s game at Carroll County, the scores were 26-16, 15-25, 25-20 and 25-18.
Abby Hutchens led with 19 kills and two blocks. Sydney Biggs had eight kills, 16 digs and three aces. Melanie Roberson had 24 assists and 13 digs while Savannah Roberts had three aces and six digs.
The Lady Cougars are 4-0. They play Thursday at Blacksburg.
