The Friends of the Blue Ridge Regional Library will be hosting a book sale Saturday, April 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Friday, April 28 will be the “members only preview night” from 2 to 5:30 p.m. in the basement of the Martinsville Branch Library, 310 E. Church Street.
Books have sprung up all over the basement. There’s an abundance of science fiction, including Stars Wars and Star Trek items, and lots of new to us paperbacks, perfect for a day a the beach, lake, or a stay-cation. Come to the sale and get a start on your summer reading list.
The next sale will be held July 11 from 3 to 8 p.m.
