Quantum Consulting and Accounting opened its doors Monday with a ribbon-cutting and a hearty “Welcome to Main Street” from the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce. Quantum offers its patrons a variety of services including bookkeeping, sales, payroll, excise tax filings, audit services, tax returns, accounting and many more. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
