In honor of Vietnam War Veterans Day, March 29, the Colonel Abram Penn Chapter NSDAR placed a wreath at the Wall of Honor in the Patrick County Administration Building. The Daughters of the American Revolution is a not for profit, non-political service organization open to any woman at least 18 years old or older who can prove direct lineal descent from a person who aided the cause of the American Revolution.
