Woolwine Elementary School’s 2022 recipient of the Colonel Abram Penn Chapter NSDAR Good Citizenship Award is Oren David Osborne. Showing qualities of leadership, trustworthiness, service, and patriotism, Oren is a worthy recipient of this award.
During the promotion celebration on May 19, he also received the Principal’s Award for having all A averages for his seventh-grade year. In addition, he was recognized for achieving a perfect score on the Civics SOL.
Oren is a member of Jr. Beta. Oren’s hobbies include swimming, gaming, and cycling. At the present time, Oren would like to pursue a career in voice acting or in the educational field.
Oren is a member of Sycamore Baptist Church. He is the son of Renee Pendleton Osborne and the late David Osborne. He lives in Woolwine with his mother and younger brother, Jackson. His grandparents are Edward and Anna Belle Pendleton and Retha Moore.
