Patricia “Pat” Clark Shuff, age 58, of Woolwine, died Sunday, June 19, 2016, at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro, N.C.
She was born in Patrick County on Oct. 25, 1957. She was preceded in death by a brother, William Jamey Clark; her paternal grandparents, William J. and Mildred Clark; her maternal grandparents, Greely and Nancy Belcher; and her mother-in-law, Agnes Rorrer Shuff.
She was a member of Buffalo Ridge Pentecostal Holiness Church where she also taught Sunday School.
Surviving are her husband of 39 years, Bennett Shuff of the home; her parents, Glen David Clark and Nancy Evadell Belcher Clark of Fieldale; one brother and sister-in-law, Keith and Sharon Clark of Collinsville; special nieces and nephew, Ashley Wimbish, Andrea Hooker, Felecia Haymore, Damian Beasley and Hannah Beasley; several other nieces and nephews; father-in-law, Warren Shuff of Woolwine; brothers-in-law, Douglas Shuff Sr. and wife Dorcas of Dobson, N.C., Barney Shuff of Yukon, Okla.; sister-in-law, Rebecca Clark and husband Ron of Woolwine; her beloved dog, Clarabell; and a special caregiver, Kim Plessinger.
Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with the Revs. Kenneth Terry and Sammy Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Buffalo Ridge Pentecostal Holiness Church cemetery.
