As it celebrates 20th anniversary, the Patrick Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is continuing to offer residents help with to spaying/neutering dogs.
Requests for spay/neuter vouchers are accepted at any time, but the program is limited to 30 vouchers issued per month.
Currently this year, the program has paid the costs to spay/neuter 100 dogs. Those awarded a voucher may select from among the four veterinarians that partner with PAWS.
