Thirteen Patrick County High School Sr. Beta students went to Williamsburg for a leadership summit on October 27, and stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge. On the first day of the summit, October 28, the students competed in a couple of competitions including Being Better Betas: Ethical Decision Making and Collaboration Connection. On the second day, the rest of the students completed their competitions–Beta Blitz, All the World is a Stage, and Project Proposal. In the last assembly, we learned that we qualified for nationals in all but one competition.
Students participating in the trip were Jaxon Ayers-Rosas, Alexis Cox, Carson Farrar, Willow Hylton, David Lawson, Kylee Leonard, Draysin Maselli, Callie Montgomery, Elizabeth Post, Madison Purdy, Rylee Soliday, Lacey Sutphin, and Callie Wood.
