Our featured pet this week is shelter pup Toby, a sweet little mix of pure joy in search of a Christmas miracle.
Toby is about 8 months old, and super playful. He was well behaved with all the other dogs, and excited for his chance to be in the Christmas parade.
This little boy has been in the shelter way too long and his life depends on finding a loving home.
