Patrick Henry Community College (PHCC) is seeking nominations for the 2017 distinguished alumni.
Nominations are due by Monday, February 13.
Eligible nominees must have graduated with a degree or certificate or taken a minimum of 24 credit hours at PHCC. They must have demonstrated success within their chosen career or field of expertise, accomplished significant community-based services, and must be able to attend the awards ceremony, on April 21.
“This award is a great honor for PHCC alumni,” said Dr. Greg Hodges Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Effectiveness, and Campus Life. “It recognizes the achievements of our students, and honors those who found Patrick Henry Community College to be a significant stepping stone to their overall success.”
Last year’s recipients were Pam Brinegar (’76), Ray Caldwell, PhD (’88), Shirley Craven (’77), Eddie Dillard (’05), Barbara Dove (’98), Nicole Harris (’98), Craig Hicks (’99), Sue Martin (’81 and ‘83), Kathy Vernon (’78), Christy Yaple (’99) and Mary Lou Yeatts, EdD (’74).
