Patrick Henry Community College has announced that contemporary line dance classes with instructor Sue Ann Ehmann will begin in August
• Line Dance-Beginner: This class introduces the beginner dancer to basic line dance steps and incorporate those steps into fun, easy dances to a variety of music genres. Learn dances to pop, country, oldies, show tunes, and more.
Line dance is a proven stress reliever and an excellent way to fit exercise and fitness into your life. No partner is necessary. Classes will meet Thursdays, August 11-September 8 from 6 to 7 p.m. The cost is $25 for five weeks.
• Line Dance-Level II: Designed for the dancer who has command of basic beginner steps and wants to learn more challenging dances. Prior completion of Beginner Line Dance is required or with instructor approval.
Have fun dancing to a variety of music genres while improving your strength, stamina, and overall health. No partner is necessary. Classes will meet Thursdays, August 11-September 8 from 7 to 8 p.m. The cost is $25 for five weeks.
