Precious Clips, the pet-grooming service operated by Terry and Debbie Dalton, recently moved to its new location in Patrick Springs. The Patrick County Chamber of Commerce sponsored a ribbon-cutting, which was held with the following participants: Laurie Boyd, Gayle Dollarhite, Terry Dalton, Debbie Dalton, Terri Leviner, Erica Cipco, and Britt Schneider Williams.
