I have recently learned that Mr. Walter Scott is running (as a write-in candidate) against the incumbent Mr. J.D. Morse for the Smith River District seat on the Patrick County School Board.
I do not know Mr. Scott. However, I do know Mr. Morse. You will not find a person who is more fair, dedicated or honest, and honesty is sorely needed now in all areas of government. Above all, J.D. is a Christian and a great example for all who come in contact with him.
He will have my vote on November 7.
