These two quilts (above and below) were donated to be auctioned at the Lord’s Acre Sale on Saturday, Oct. 8, at Rotary Field in Stuart. The auction begins at 10 a.m. The quilt with the diamonds is a double-bed size and was made by Jennifer McEvoy of Fancy Gap. The quilt with the pieced stars was made by Mountain View Piecemakers from Mountain View United Methodist Church in Meadows of Dan. The quilt is queen-sized and features a warm flannel backing.
