The Results Companies, in partnership with Patrick Henry Community College (PHCC) in Stuart, announce the graduating class of Results University, an innovative 12-month continuing education program. The program, exclusive to The Results Companies, enables employees to take advantage of the valuable experiences and skills developed while working within the Results organization at no cost. Results and PHCC have aligned on-the-job training with learning outcomes in order to provide program participants the opportunity to receive Customer Experience and Sales Certification.During the afternoon of Saturday, July 22, 37 graduates, along with their family, friends, and select leadership within The Results Companies, gathered at the PHCC campus in celebration of their accomplishment.“This day represents what is possible when business leaders, community leaders and educators work together and think outside the box for the benefit of its constituents, workforce and residents,” said Robert Rapp, founder and chairman of The Results Companies and the Results University Program. “I believe, and promote this program in Stuart because it has proven its value,” said Michael Mayberry, site operations director of Stuart. “Most of the latest promotions we have done in Stuart are from the ResultsU participants due to their additional engagement.”
“We are so proud of these students. We are excited to celebrate their accomplishments which prepare them to take on new opportunities and which showcase the success of community partnerships,” said PHCC’s President Angeline Godwin. “When community businesses and PHCC work together everyone wins.”
