Patrick County Administrator Tom Rose said it was his responsibility to fulfill Freedom of Information requests from Woolwine resident Russell W. Moore.
“I felt like I had answered the questions,” Rose said, and added the requests were not forwarded to Assistant County Administrator Geri Hazelwood, who typically handles them.
Hazelwood “was in no way responsible” for the lack of response, Rose said. “It was all my responsibility.”
