The Patrick County School Board will meet at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13, in the school board office.
Board members will discuss Bully Prevention Month and building professional capacity. Also, the board will discuss the Virginia School Boards Association Media honor roll, an award given to media outlets for fair and balanced reporting on school issues; and the VSBA Academy Award Certificates, which recognizes board members for dedication and professional development.
The board will go into closed session to discuss admission and disciplinary matters, and employment.
