BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: chocolate chip breakfast bar or breakfast pizza; Tues.: chocolate crescent or cheese toast; Wed.: chicken biscuit; Thurs.: glazed donut; Fri.: blueberry muffin or biscuit/gravy.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH:  Mon.: chicken fajita/Tostitos scoops or taco soup/Tostitos scoops, mild spicy salsa, chicken flavored rice, sautéed green peppers and onions, seasoned corn, 9-12: creamed spinach dip; Tues.: hot dog/chili/onions or chopped pork BBQ sandwich, creamy coleslaw, crispy waffle cut fries, hearty baked beans, 9-12: yellow squash with onions; Wed.: pork chop/white gravy, creamy diced chicken and gravy, yummy yeast roll, sweet potato casserole, tender green peas, fresh fruit, 9-12: spiced apples; Thurs.: cheeseburger on bun or turkey on bun, crispy leaf lettuce/sliced tomato, dill pickle, red diced potatoes w/rosemary, seasoned green beans, 9-12: Jell-O with fruit; Fri.: beef taco/tortilla or chicken stir fry, chopped leaf lettuce/tomatoes, mild spicy salsa/shrimp sauce, cheesy refried beans, steamed oriental vegetables, 9-12: fiesta rice.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
