Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
• Jordan Ruckert Webb, 31, of Roanoke, was arrested July 3 on two indictment counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
State Trooper M.V. Davis made the arrest for Patrick County.
• Jonathan Blake Howell, 22, of Stuart, was arrested Sept. 8 on 11 indictment counts of forgery.
Investigator Danny Martin made the arrest.
• Jeanette Blankenship, 43, of Stuart, was arrested Sept. 8 on indictment counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor, enticing a minor to be involved in pornography, and child abuse or neglect.
Investigator Linda Martin made the arrest.
• David Ajuan Hylton, 30, address not available, was arrested Sept. 8 on a capias for failure to post support appeal.
Deputy Margie Stowe made the arrest.
• Jamie Christopher Sutton, 40, of Meadows of Dan, was arrested Sept. 8 on indictment charges of taking indecent liberties with a minor, enticing a minor to be involved in pornography, and child abuse or neglect.
Investigator Linda Martin made the arrest.
• Collin Joshua Russell, 33, of Roanoke, was arrested Sept. 8 on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Deputy Oscar Tejeda made the arrest.
• Terence Dwayne Lewis, 22, of Angleton, Texas, was arrested Sept. 8 on three indictment counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
Sgt. M.A. Holland made the arrest.
• Daniel Jackson Rodgers III, 44, of Patrick Springs, was arrested Aug. 9 on two indictment counts of possession of a firearm by a felon; one indictment count of possession of a firearm while in possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; and one indictment count of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
The Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office made the arrest for Patrick County.
• Nicholas Ashby Morris, 30, of Stuart, was arrested Sept. 7 on a charge of grand larceny.

• Deontray Lemetris Battle, 35, of Fieldale, was arrested Sept. 7 on two indictment counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

• Lucas Karl Bergmann, 20, of Lexington, was arrested Sept. 8 on an indictment charge of selling a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

• Clyde Edward Agee, 38, of Stuart, was arrested Sept. 9 on charges of tampering with a vehicle and assault and battery.

• Kevin Gene Strother, 26, of Stuart, was arrested Sept. 10 on a charge of driving under the influence, first offense.

• Joseph Franklin Sechrist, 30, of Ararat, was arrested Sept. 10 on a charge of assault and battery.

• Ronnie Dorsie Dayton, 37, of Stuart, was arrested Sept. 10 on a charge of driving with a revoked or suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

• Joy Biggs Clifton, 50, of Patrick Springs, was arrested Sept. 11 on a charge of dumping trash on the highway.

• Nicholas Ashby Norris, 30, of Stuart, was arrested Sept. 2 on two counts of breaking and entering and two counts of grand larceny.

• Pierre Quartez Scales, 26, of Stuart, was arrested Sept. 3 on a charge of driving with a revoked or suspended license.
