Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
•Michael Lee Holt, 41, of Stuart, was arrested March 3 on charges of driving a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license and displaying a license plate or decal issued to another vehicle.
Lt. R.S. Coleman made the arrest.
•Devaughn Ann Elbertson, 41, of Roanoke, was arrested March 3 on a charge of probation violation.
Deputy Brad Holt made the arrest for Roanoke County.
•Raymond Samuel Martin, 45, of Stuart, was arrested March 4 on charges of driving while intoxicated, third offense within five years; driving after license revocation for an alcohol-related offense; and refusal of blood or breath test, third offense.
State Trooper John Eames made the arrest.
•Ronald Lee Turner, 54, of Stuart, was arrested Feb. 29 on charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and refusal of blood or breath test.
State Trooper Robert E. Dillon made the arrest.
•April J. Bishop, 46, of Pulaski, was arrested Feb. 29 on a charge of issuing a bad check.
Pulaski County made the arrest for Patrick County.
•Matthew Ryan Scott, 30, of Patrick Springs, was arrested Feb. 29 on a charge of probation violation.
Deputy Rhonda Ray made the arrest for Tazewell County.
•Kayla Marie Pearman, 25, of Stuart, was arrested March 1 on a charge of shoplifting.
Deputy M.T. Rorrer made the arrest.
•Denise Lawless Beasley, 41, of Stuart, was arrested March 2 on a charge of probation violation.
Deputy Ralph Howell Jr. made the arrest.
•Richard Leon Allen Lovett, 28, of Stuart, was arrested March 2 on a charge of dumping trash on the highway.

•Carl Lee Lawson, 57, of Stuart, was arrested March 3 on a charge of issuing a bad check.

•Shannon Gray Pack, 24, of Claudville, was arrested March 4 on charges of property damage, trespassing, strangling another causing wounding or injury, and assault on a family member.
Investigator Linda Martin made the arrest.
•Jimmy Cole Pike, 26, of Mount Airy, N.C., was arrested March 5 on charges of selling stolen property and grand larceny of a motor vehicle.
Sgt. Elbert Cassady made the arrest.
•Tony Ray Helms, 31, of Meadows of Dan, was arrested March 5 on a charge of assault and battery.
Deputy Chase Meredith made the arrest.
•Jennifer Marie Knight, 32, of Patrick Springs, was arrested March 6 on a charge of concealment of price of merchandise.

•Dana Denise Martin, 54, of Claudville, was arrested March 6 on a charge of assault on a family member.

•Creighton Leigh Burris, 24, of Claudville, was arrested March 6 on a charge of assault on a family member.
