Patrick County Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
- Jeremy Brent Harvey, 26, no address listed, was charged Feb. 17 with grand larceny of a motor vehicle. Investigator B. Hubbard made the arrest.
- Andrew Joseph Summa, 47, of Olyphant, Pa., charged Feb. 21 with assault and battery. Investigator D.L. Martin made the arrest.
- Joshua Coy Reed, 37, of Stuart, charged Feb. 21 with assault and battery. Investigator D.L. Martin made the arrest.
- Brandon Duane Belton, 29, of Madison, N.C., charged Feb. 21 with malicious bodily injury. Investigator D.L. Martin made the arrest.
- William Beverly Hodges IV, 45, of Martinsville, was charged Feb. 21 with two counts surety capias/bail piece release. Sgt. J. Bird made the arrest.
- Derek Lee Smith, 26, of Sugar Grove, was charged Jan. 27 with a probation violation. The Virginia State Police made the arrest for Patrick County.
- Megan Leighanna Harter, 25, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 16 with failure to comply with bond terms. Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.
- Thomas David Massey, 38, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 22 with a probation violation. Tazewell County made the arrest for Patrick County.
- Brian Lee Scott, 31, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 22 with failure to re-register. Trooper D.B. Suthers made the arrest.
- Dewey Hampton Hughes, 36, of Stuart, was charged Feb. 23 with fail to appear. Sgt. M.A. Holland made the arrest.
- Michael Lane Craig, 50, of Bassett, was charged Feb. 24 with one count of each possession of firearm by a convicted violent felon, maliciously shooting or throwing a missile into occupied building, and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. Lt. R.S. Coleman made the arrest.
- Erika Lynn Strothers, 31, of Ararat, was charged Feb. 25 with drive while suspended/revoked. Deputy D.L. Foley made the arrest.
- Faustino Cabrera Cruz, 38, of Danville, was charged Feb. 25 with contempt of court. Trooper N.D. Knight made the arrest for Staunton.
- Storm Jordan Cahoon, 24, of Patrick Springs, was charged Feb. 25 with fail to appear. Deputy Lewis Carroll Jr. made the arrest for Martinsville.
