Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
• Jeffrey Wayne Martin, 43, of Martinsville, was arrested March 24 on a capias for failure to appear in court.
Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.
• Sarah Rose Branch, 32, of Patrick Springs, was arrested April 4 on a capias and a charge of failure to appear in court.
Lt. R.S. Coleman made the arrests, including one for Henry County.
• John Dwayne McPherson, 53, of Stuart, was arrested April 4 on a charge of driving while intoxicated, second offense within a five-year period.
Lt. Coleman made the arrest for Henry County.
• Jimmy Lee Goad, 53, of Patrick Springs, was arrested April 4 on a charge of shoplifting.
Deputy J.W. Kruse made the arrest.
• Don Eric Rucker, 54, of Stuart, was arrested April 5 on a charge of assault and battery.
Lt. Coleman made the arrest.
• Robert Graham Hancock Jr., 24, of Spencer, was arrested April 6 on a charge of probation violation.
Deputy W.D. Hill made the arrest.
• Christina Marie Cassell, 21, of Stuart, was arrested April 8 on a charge of trespassing.
Deputy S.R. Keffer made the arrest.
• Kevin Lee Shelton, 28, of Bassett, was arrested April 8 on a charge of driving while intoxicated, second offense.
Deputy D.L. Foley made the arrest.
