Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
• Andrew Russell Tabor, 33, of Stuart, was arrested April 13 on charges of attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, reckless driving, and vandalism.
Deputy Chase Meredith made the arrest.
• James Daniel Biggs, 25, of Stuart, was arrested April 12 on a charge of driving a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license.
Captain Ward Stone made the arrest.
• Brandon Matthew Sawyers, 26, of Ararat, was arrested April 12 on a charge of assault and battery.
Deputy Meredith made the arrest.
• Bryant Gregory Bowman, 46, of Stuart, was arrested April 13 on two counts of failure to appear in court.
Investigator Terry Mikels and Deputy Ronnie Bowling made the arrest.
• Sydney Jason Roberts, 28, of Stuart, was arrested April 13 on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted violent felon, and shoplifting.
Deputy Shawn Keffer made the arrest.
• Megan Leighanna Harter, 23, of Martinsville, was arrested April 15 on a charge of failure to comply with bond conditions.
Deputy Tennille Jessup made the arrest.
• Jessie Ray Belcher, 26, of Patrick Springs, was arrested April 14 on a charge of probation violation.
Deputy R.J. Williams Jr. made the arrest.
• Brandi Lynn Turner, 34, of Ridgeway, was arrested April 14 on a charge of probation violation.
Deputy B. Webb made the arrest.
Turner was also charged with a capias for probation violation.
Deputy B. Webb made the arrest for Henry County.
• Garland Winfred Perry, 37, of Spencer, was arrested April 14 on a support capias.
Deputy D.L. Foley made the arrest.
• Christina Marie Cassell, 21, of Stuart, was arrested April 8 on a charge of trespassing.
Deputy S.R. Keffer made the arrest.
• Kevin Lee Shelton, 33, of Stuart, was arrested April 9 on a charge of driving while intoxicated, second offense within a five to 10 year period.
Deputy D.L. Foley made the arrest.
• Ben Gregory Standridge, 33, of Stuart, was arrested April 11 on a charge of probation violation.
Sgt. L.E. Cassady made the arrest.
• Trey Austin Marshall, 23, of Claudville, was arrested April 16 on a charge of assault on a family member.
Deputy Jesse Pickerel made the arrest.
• Bobby Frank Cummings, 20, of Stuart, was arrested April 16 on charges of driving while intoxicated, first offense, and purchase or possession of alcohol by a person under 21.
State Trooper J.M. Hylton made the arrest.
• Michael Wayne Richards, 41, of Bassett, was arrested April 17 on a charge of shoplifting.
Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.
