This year’s Halloween event, Spooktacular 2018, included the first ever Jack O’ Lantern display and contest. The Enterprise sponsored the contest, awarding the winner of the People’s Choice Award, a prize package worth $75. Congratulations to the winners, participants and organizers of the event.
