Solutions That Empower People) (STEP, Inc.) has launched a new website as part of its overall branding and marketing strategy.
Along with a redesign of marketing materials including brochures and display items, the revamped website represents a renewed focus on the agency’s image and a celebration of 50 years of service to the community.
“In the 50 years since our founding in 1966, STEP has touched the lives of thousands of local people, helping them find ways to become empowered to better their personal circumstances,” said STEP Executive Director Marc Crouse. “Our new fresh and modern look represents our commitment to continue to be responsive to community needs for the next 50 years.”
STEP partnered with Next Generation Designs to develop the website.
“One of our goals was to make sure that all of the information on STEP’s services and programs was easily accessible from cell phones and tablets,” said Kris Landrum, marketing and communications Director for STEP. “The team at Next Generation Designs created a modern website that organized all of our information in a mobile-friendly design that works across all devices and platforms.”
This is the first redesign of the STEP website since it was launched a number of years ago.
“The challenge with any website of this size is the sheer amount of information that needs to be presented to the visitor,” said Dany Turner, CEO of Next Generation Designs. “The viewer should be able to find the information that they are looking for in as few clicks as possible regardless of the device that they are using. Our team devised a solution that combined a modern, mobile-friendly design with a simplified navigation.”
The new website can be visited at www.stepincva.com.
