Recently the Stuart Elementary Student Council Association raised $1,100 for Pennies for Patients benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Their donation will help advance the cure of leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and Hodgkin’s disease. The mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is to improve the quality of life of patients and their families by supporting research and patient services. Stuart Elementary and the Student Council Association would like to thank everyone who contributed funds to benefit this life-saving organization.
