Master gardeners led a SupHerb workshop on 5 common herbs to a large crowd at the Patrick County Library on Saturday Feb 10. The culinary and medicinal uses of basil, oregano, dill, rosemary and thyme were addressed as well as how to easily propagate herbs in the home garden or on your windowsill. Participants were also invited to make a small herb garden to take home.
Master gardeners involved in planning and presenting the program were Chelsea Perez, Rita Browning, Jen Harrison Norma Bozenmayer, Sherri Mitchel, Jessica Hines and Hannah Vinova.
