The three-day sales tax holiday is slated to start on Friday, August 3 at 12:01 a.m. and end Sunday, Aug. 5, at 11:59 p.m.
During the holiday, qualifying school supplies, clothing, footwear, hurricane and emergency preparedness and certain other items are exempt from sales tax.
Qualified school supplies include those that are $20 or less per item and qualified clothing/footwear that is $100 or less per item.
