Each month my letter to the editor has been bragging on volunteers and donors, and so it is this month. But there are others who also need recognition.
For a year and a half, I have been signing up the donors for each blood drive and they need bragging on as well – Clover Cat Rescue, Clark Gas & Oil, R & J Auto, Spirit Haven Farm, Dr. Hutchens, Griffith Lumber, Drs. Law and Gonzales, Dr. Kornett, Stuart Family Restaurant, Blue Ridge Furniture, High Point Baptist Church, Rogers Realty, Hall’s Gas, Rotary, and Stuart Methodist Church. These are all community based businesses/organizations/churches in Patrick County, and I found them all happy to donate to the Red Cross Blood Drive.
