The Patrick County Fire and Rescue Appreciation Banquet was held Saturday night at the PCHS cafeteria. Service pins and awards were presented to members. Pictured above are Julia Conner of the Smith River Rescue Squad, who was named the EMS Agency Officer of the Year, and Brandon McAlexander of Patrick Henry Volunteer Fire Department, who was named Fire Officer of the Year. The Henry County Honor Guard presented the colors.
