The Ararat Community Watch was held on May 26. Patrick County Deputy Robert Martin, who hosted the event, provided updates, answered questions and introduced Patrick County Deputy Doug Perry, who was the guest speaker. Perry discussed mental health issues and provided literature, as needed. His presentation concluded with a question-and-answer period.
