Want to see great art from the county’s youngest artists? Come by the Patrick County Branch Library this March as students celebrate Youth Art Month. Grace Helms (pictured), the art teacher at Stuart and Meadows of Dan elementary schools, has put together a display featuring the work of her art students, from kindergarten to seventh grade.
