Jalen Alexander Lowe celebrated his first birthday on Saturday, August 6, with a Baby Mickey Mouse party at Fairview Pentecostal Holiness Church with family and friends. Jalen is the son of Julia Mae Owens and Raymond Lowe of Stuart. He is the grandson of Tony and Rhonda Owens of Stuart and Hester Lowe of Madison, N.C.
