obit Turner, PaulinePauline Estelle Turner (nee Hall) of Stuart, passed away on July 19, 2016, in her 94th year.
She was the loving wife of James Kermit Turner who preceded her in death on April 26, 1999, and the beloved mother of Priscilla Turner Tucker and son-in-law William J. Tucker of Purcellville.
Pauline was the proud grandmother of Christopher Andrew Tucker of Middleburg, William J. Tucker and wife Jill of Fairfax, and Kathryn Elizabeth Tucker Rutkowski and husband Dave of Great Falls, and is survived by them. She is also survived by great-grandchildren Jacob Robert Tucker, Bryce William Tucker, Samuel James Tucker, Andrew William Tucker, Harrison Michael Rutkowski, and Charlotte Elizabeth Tucker.
She was born on March 22, 1922, in Fayerdale, now part of Fairy Stone Park. She was the daughter of the late Flora Belle Shelton Hall and Turner Clayton “Jack” Hall. She was one of five children and is survived by a sister, Jacqueline Hall Stegall of Collinsville.
She was preceded in death by her brother Leonard Ernest Hall, and sisters Violet Hall Padgett, and Lucinda “Tessie” Hall Philpott.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 23, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Harry Shelton officiating. Interment followed at Sycamore Baptist Church Cemetery.
