The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Skylar Dwayne Dix, 28, of Stuart, was charged Sept. 6 with fail to appear. Virginia State Police made the arrest for Patrick County.
*Keith Edward Hughes, 56, of Meadows of Dan, was charged Sept. 9 with violation of protective order. Inv. Tennille E. Jessup was the arresting officer.
*Pierre Quartez Scales, 32, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Sept. 11 with obstruct justice. Deputy C. Frick was the arresting officer.
*Joshua Brooks Clifton, 26, of Stuart, was charged Sept. 11 with one count each reckless drive and hit & run unattended. Deputy J.C. Fortner was the arresting officer.
*Matthew Sanford Shelton, 32, of Lawsonville, N.C., was charged Sept. 14 with fail to appear. Deputy C.L. Adkins was the arresting officer.
