Patrick County High School Class of 1987 continued their 35 year class union celebration this year by cruising into the Ararat Ruritan Club’s Barbecue/Cruise-In for a Meet and Greet on October 22. Later that evening the class reunited at the Tin Pen Bowling Alley with classmates, guests and friends. The registration table was decorated with photos and a slideshow, custom cake, appetizers and door prizes were also given out. 80’s music was played throughout the night. Classmates came from as far away as Minnesota, throughout North Carolina and Virginia. Classmates also took time to remember the members of the class who had passed away since graduation. It was a wonderful weekend of reacquainting old friendships and sharing memories.
